South African swimmer Natalie du Toit and Polish table tennis player Natalia Partyka are the only two athletes who compete in both the 2008 Beijing Olympics and Paralympics. Both of them expressed satisfaction with the services provided by the volunteers.

The swimmer said the volunteers helped them a great deal during the Games. Natalia also gave suggestions to make the service even better. The table tennis player suggested that more shuttles should be provided in the Paralympic village.
