Special Report: 2008 European ChampionshipsEuro 2008 Group B leaders Croatia will take on Poland in their final group match, and are expected to rest most of their regular starters. The result will have no bearing on Croatia's position at the top of the table. They have already qualified for the quarter-finals.
Both teams are getting ready for their final group match in Klagerfurt, Austria on Sunday. The reserve players were clearly grouped separately from the main squad during training. Four of the 23 players in the Croatian squad are yet to make an appearance - even in the qualifying campaign or the finals of Euro 2008.
Coach Slavan Bilic confirmed the team for the Poland match will not feature the usual starters, although he warned not to undermine the quality of any of his players from the squad.
Slavan Bilic said "We have 23 players in all. And there is no first team, second team or what you call a substitute team. All 23 players have come to play in the European Championship. And it is the objective of all of them to play. Depending on the situation some get to do so earlier than the others."
