Egypt still have the bulk of the squad that won on home soil two years ago, but will miss their star striker Mido who is out due to injury.

Cameroon will be looking to make up for their loss to Egypt, who denied them a place at the 2006 World Cup. Their star player will be Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o - a handful for any defence. But Egyptian Football Association President Samir Zaher believes that the face of African football is changing.
