Saudi Arabia will be heading into next month's Asian Cup with a new head coach - Brazilian Helio Dos Anjos. He took the helm three months ago from fired compatriot and Saudi World Cup coach Marcos Paqueta, and becomes the latest in a long line of men who have tried to guide the Kingdom's football fortunes.

The Saudis finished last among the sixteen teams at the 2004 Asian Cup and their new head coach knows he'll have to do better than that, or join the ever-growing list of men who were tempted by one of professional football's most lucrative and tenuous jobs.

Although a depleted Saudi Arabia managed a 2-0 victory over Gulf Cup champions the United Arab Emirates in a friendly last Sunday in Singapore, Helio Dos Anjos knows that he cannot take anything for granted.
