Tradition, excitement and lots of color - That's all part of the annual Chinese Dragon Boat Racing festival being celebrated in Hong Kong.

Dragon boat racing was originally enjoyed among traditional Chinese, but has now evolved into a popular international sport. It is held yearly on the fifth moon of the lunar month.

Stanley, a Hong Kong tourist hot spot, is the celebration's biggest venue. Tens of thousands of people gathered to celebrate the day - watching the racing and having fun on the beach.
