Bayi in red climbed back in the second, Wang Zhizhi helped Bayi close the gap.
By the third quarter, Bayi were trailing Shanghai by only 8 points.
In the fourth quarter, Bayi succeeded in leveling the score to take the match into overtime.
Wang Zhizhi was in hot form and a game high 43 points gave Bayi their twelfth win in a row.
