Former US Labor Secretary Elaine Chao

Former US Labor Secretary Elaine Chao says the framework of the China-US Strategic and Economic Dialogues is the next stage of the China-US Dialogue mechanism. She notes that it's also a new beginning of the new US administration in dealing with China.
