Authorities say the 19-year-old A/H1N1 flu patient in east China's Shandong province has been discharged from hospital.

Doctors at the Infectious Disease Hospital in Jinan say the patient has not shown any flu symptoms for more than 3 days and results from flu tests are negative. He was the second confirmed case of A/H1N1 flu in the Chinese mainland.
