May 12 14:28 A 8.0-magnitude earthquake jolted Wenchuan County in Sichuan Province
President Hu Jintao immidiately ordered all-out efforts to help those affected by the earthquake.
Premier Wen Jiabao headed the area to direct rescue work.
The earthquake caused great losses and the death toll kept rising.
