Hello, welcome to another edition of "Dialogue" on CCTV International. I'm your host Tian Wei.

Some say making animation is like pushing a tennis ball across the country with the nose. Obviously, it is a challenging task. Now, China has decided to let China-made cartoons going global. One can also imagine the difficulties this task might involve.
