Intro:

One of the most expensive challenges that might have prevented the rescue teams from saving more lives could be the absence of helicopters in Sichuan which was hit by an eight-magnitude earth quake one year ago. Premier Wen Jiabao encouraged Chinese engineers of aeronautics to design more advanced helicopters as he felt quite embarrassed in the quake-hit areas.

But，Europeans cannot wait the biggest helicopter producer in the world. Amcham has also pointed out that the US export control has seriously undermined the competitiveness of American players but promoted the opportunities of their European rivals in many cases.
