While unprecedented international relief efforts are being coordinated to assist the homeless and traumatized victims of the Tsunami, the worst aftershocks are yet to come. Water-born diseases and other epidemics may soon break out if no powerful measures are taken to prevent and control the threats to the victims' health. This is a race against time to save more lives, particularly children's lives.

Joining us in this edition of dialogue are Dr. Henk Bekedam, WHO Representative in China and Mr. Wu Yongping, a professor from Tsinghua University.
