Mr. Klaus Ebermann :Outgoing EU Ambassador to China

As a head of the EU delegate to China, Mr. Klaus Ebermann witnesses the rapid evolution of the strategic partnership. China is the second trading partner of EU. And EU becomes the biggest trading partner of China with its recent expansion. Both sides also closely cooperate in the areas of non-proliferation, anti-terrorism and human rights. But problems do exist, as anti-dumping cases are increasing against China, and EU countries failed to reach agreement on the issue of ending the 15-year embargo against China.
