At the concert, 22 pieces composed by talented Taiwan songwriter Chen Chien-chi were presented, all of which were made for plays and musicals. Chen won the best producer prize at the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards, and is renowned for his contribution to pop, commercial and theatre music.

The opening piece was "Possession", adapted from Taiwan cartoonist Jimmy's first short animation "Smiling Fish". The fresh, dreamlike music by a live band and cartoon clips projected onto a huge screen took the audience back to a childhood fantasy world.

Other stand-out songs include "47 Things I want to Remember" and "If We Can Embrace Freedom." The concert ingeniously combined music, song and film dialogue segments, and depicted touching stories of urban life.
