Folk artist Zhang Zhenyuan said, "The hawking is part of Beijing's city culture. It dates back to Yuan Dynasty about 800 years ago."

Five famous old brands from Longfu Temple have been included for the first time. The rich variety of snacks is one of the biggest attraction.
