Situated on the left side of the River Seine, the 13th Arrondissement is home to Paris's main Chinatown. The Sunday concert was one of many Spring Festival festivities held there, year-round. Incumbent Mayor Jerome Coumet and the Chinese ambassador to France, Kong Quan, attended the concert. They also delivered Chinese New Year's greetings.
