The State Administration of Radio, Film and Television says to date, there are 150 film corporations in rural areas, and over ten thousand technical teams for digital screening in villages.

The country will set up a special fund of 1.6 billion yuan, or more than 200 million US dollars, for screening projects in the countryside.

The target is one film a month in each village by 2010.
