Highlights of the fair include a necklace styled after a Chinese chess board. Atop, rests a ring with a miniature scroll. And there are accessories bearing typical Chinese symbols for good luck.

Chinese elements seem ubiquitous this year. One of the most attractive items is this necklace called "Splendid China".

Song Hong, exhibitor from Shenzhen, said, "You can find two Chinese characters on the necklace. 'Ji' means 'propitious' while 'Hui' means 'coming back'. Also the design is clearly inspired by the traditional Cheong-sam worn by Chinese women."
