Mark Prescott is in charge of London's Chinese New Year celebration and says they will try to make as many Londoners as possible aware there is an important Chinese festival happening. He says the world is seeing the rise of Chinese culture.
The celebration will last for two months and covers a wide range of activities including exhibitions, performances and seminars.
