The doctor from Beijing Ditan Hospital says Liu is now in good condition, and could be released according to the criteria set by China's Health Ministry. While after seven days of treatment, the patient in Guangdong Province has tested negative for the virus.

The flu symptoms have disappeared, and the patient received a complete physical before returning home.

Of the 93 people who had close contact with him, 90 have been found. All showed no flu symptoms. Experts say as long as there are no emergencies, they will be out of quarantine as of 7pm today.
