1\ The 1.5 percent drop in the Consumer Price Index in April marks the third consecutive month of deflation. How do you see the fall, and does it point to economic contraction?
2\ The Producer Price Index also dropped 6.6 percent, compared to 6 percent in March. However, the purchasing managers' index, or PMI, saw its fifth monthly improvement. How do you see the two figures, and what is your judgment of the fundamentals of China's economic recovery?
3\ Do you think the drop in both PPI and CPI will leave room for further interest rate cut in the near term?
