The average size of apartments sold is 109 square meters, and this is the fourth month in a row the average size has increased. In Shanghai, sales in April rose by 20 percent over March. And in Shenzhen, the average price of new houses in April was more than 12-thousand yuan per square meter, up by 12 percent on March, and up 3.2 percent year on year.
