Three China National Aviation Fuel Group Corporation (CNAF) affiliates signed aviation fuel supply agreements with China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) on April 15 in Beijing, according to a statement on CNAF's website.

CNAF Corporation Ltd and the CNOOC sales branch agreed to set the aviation fuel supply amount at 350,000 tons in 2009. The amount may increase if needed.

China Aviation Oil (Singapore) Corporation Ltd, 51 percent owned by CNAF, signed a three-year cooperation framework agreement with the branch. The Singapore-based company will distribute a proportion of aviation fuel produced by CNOOC's Huizhou refinery in Guangdong province, which started pumping crude last month. It will also beef up cooperation in development of nearby markets and overseas sales of other fuel and chemical products, according to the agreement.

CNAF Land Oil Company Ltd reached an agreement on refined oil supply with the branch, involving amount, price and clearance issues.

These agreements indicated that cooperation between CNAF and CNOOC has entered a new stage, said CNAF General Manager Sun Li.

CNAF is a State-owned air transportation logistics service provider in China.
