China's Central Bank Governor, Zhou Xiaochuan, says he expects reforms of the global financial sector will be discussed at the upcoming G20 Summit. He says regulatory measures will be debated for international development banks, such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Zhou says China would be prepared to participate if the IMF sought to increase its reserves to better tackle the crisis.

Zhou made the remarks at the Inter-American Development Bank meeting in Colombia.
