In this auto store, a car which was priced 100 thousand yuan now only costs 80 thousand yuan. Along with the price cut, there is a bonus package containing one year insurance and maintenance service, a bicycle, and a foldaway bed.

A customer says, "the insurance is a good bonus. And there is also a small bicycle. My wife likes it."

The manager of the store said that in the past, there were only price discounts. This is the first time they provide such offers. The bonus package worth about 10 thousand yuan. There are similar moves in other car shops. Most of them are making the largest ever price discounts to boost sales. Some of new model cars are not treated with price discounts. But sellers have thought out other methods to make them competitive.

The manager says, "the price is not changed. But we added the installation, including a light pedal, an original factory made cushion, and a gilded label.

These things cost about 4,000 yuan. So it's still a price discount in another way."

These promotion has indeed helped boosting sales. Some shops say their sales have increased 30 percent since they carried out these measures.
