As the financial market in China getting heated, the financial services are also making effort to catch with the pace. The bank queuing problem receives some relaxation in Shanghai recently. A survey upon some commercial banks's outlets in Shanghai indicates that the queuing time has been cut in half than before.

The survey was done through observing 100 banks' outlets in some busiest areas in Shanghai, like Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road. The average waiting time is 15 minutes, much shorter than before. Bank customers are generally satisfied with that.
