Thursday is March 8th, and marks the International Women's Day. To commemorate this day, Beijing has organized a job fair exclusively for female university graduates.

Organizers say 53 companies have advertised job openings at the fair, and the event is expected to provide nearly 800 new positions for the female job seekers.

Over 6,000 female students are attending the fair, with the exhibition hall packed with job applicants. To reduce the risk of accidents, organizers are restricting the number of entrants per hour. Many female students have been queuing outside for hours to get in.
