Special Report: Iran presidential election 09 |

Iran's English language state channel says a suicide bombing attack on Saturday has killed one person and wounded two others at the mausoleum of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.

The shrine is located about 20 kilometers south of central Tehran. The identity of the bomber is not known. Meanwhile, Iran's state television has corrected its earlier report that several people were killed when a mosque in Tehran was set on fire on Saturday.

The State television now says that no Iranians were killed in that incident. Following the disputed presidential election of June 12th, supporters of defeated presidential candidate, Mir-Hossein Mousavi, have participated in massive rallies in Tehran and other cities over the past days.
