Pang Maokun

Pang Maokun was Born in Chongqing. In 1981 he graduated from the Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. Pang Maokun is now a professor and dean of the Oil Painting Department, Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts. His works have been exhibited in Taiwan, Hong Kong, USA, Germany, and the Netherlands, where they were collected by galleries and private philanthropists.

In 1980, his painting "Abnormality" was awarded a prize for excellence in "The Sichuan Section of the Chinese Youth Art Exhibition", while "Breathing" and "Touch" were included in "The 98 Asia and Pacific Area Art Exhibition"(1998). He is a member of the China Artists' Association and the China Oil Painters' Association.
