NANNING, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Commemorative Summit marking the 15th Anniversary of the Dialogue Relations between China and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) was opened in Nanning, capital of south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Monday.
Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and heads of ten ASEAN countries including Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, Brunei Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Lao Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh, Malaysian Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, Myanmar Prime Minister General Soe Win, Singaporean Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, Thai Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont and Vietnamese Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended the opening ceremony of the summit.
Wen and Arroyo will deliver speeches at the opening ceremony.
