Now to the latest figures on A/H1N1 Influenza cases confirmed by the World Health Organization and government data.

So far, the virus has been found in 29 countries and regions across the globe, with more than 4,500 confirmed cases. That figure has increased by almost a thousand in a day.
Mexico has reported 1,626 confirmed cases, and 48 people have died there from the A/H1N1 flu. The number of confirmed infections in the United States has risen to 2,532, while the number of reported deaths remains at three.
The number of infections in Canada has risen to 280, where one person has died.
