Venezuelan President threatens to leave the OAS

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is threatening that his country may withdraw from the Organization of American States, and form another group. Earlier this week, an organ of the OAS -- the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights -- included Venezuela on a list of countries it says needs to improve compliance with human rights. Chavez called the group an "imperial bureaucracy".
