Teachers and parents checked returning students for flu symptoms Thursday. Some youths showing flu symptoms were sent home. Primary schools will reopen next week. All places of business, including sports arenas, dance halls, movie theatres and restaurants, were also allowed to reopen Thursday. But establishments must follow hygiene rules, including screening for any sick people, and making it mandatory for employees to wear masks.
