Sri Lanka captures Tamil Tiger video

The Sri Lankan military say they have captured a video from Tamil Tiger rebels.

The video shows Tamil fighters forcing civilians to assist their war effort.In one part, an insurgent in civilian clothes fires a heavy machine gun. The footage is posted on the Defense Ministry Web site. The government said the footage proves that the rebels have been putting civilians in the line of fire. It said the insurgents have also shed their military uniforms so they might be mistaken for non-combatants if killed.
