No new A/H1N1 flu cases have been discovered in Hong Kong and all passengers who flew with the Mexican man who tested positive have been located. The Mexican man arrived in Shanghai Thursday on an AeroMexico flight, and changed planes to go to Hong Kong. So far, none of the passengers quarantined in China have shown flu symptoms.

Hong Kong's only A/H1N1 patient is in isolation and in stable condition.

At the Metropark Hotel in Hong Kong where the man had been staying, authorities are attending to the 350 guests and staff who remain quarantined there.
