US State department comments on DPRK nuclear row

The US nuclear experts who were also monitoring the shutdown at the DPRK's Yongbyon facility have been asked to leave. US State Department spokesman Robert Wood says the Americans are now making preparations to depart.

The US nuclear experts who were also monitoring the  shutdown at the DPRK's Yongbyon facility have been  asked to leave.

Robert Wood said, "It's a step backward. We are obviously concerned about this, the North will, in taking these decisions, the North will have to deal with the consequences of such decisions. They just bring themselves further isolation from the international community."
