Premier Wen Jiabao meets Thai PM before returning home

Premier Wen Jiabao has returned to the Chinese capital, one day ahead of schedule, after the Thai government postponed the ASEAN-related summits. Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva went to the airport to see him off on Saturday night.

Wen Jiabao says China hopes Thailand's domestic situation will quickly return to normal. He noted that China attaches great importance to the ASEAN related summits, and has worked together with parties concerned to make full preparations for the summits.
