Delegation head, Shingtsa Tenzinchodrak, said the US resolution distorted facts on the Tibet Autonomous Region. And as a native Tibetan, Shingtsa Tenzinchodrak said he was upset by the move by the House. He called on US Congressmen to respect facts and discard prejudice.
