The IAEA says Iran's uranium enrichment program has continued for two years. And has already stockpiled 1,000 kilograms of low-enriched uranium in stock.

The IAEA has criticized Iran for refusing to implement relevant resolutions of the U.N. Security Council and continuing its uranium enrichment activity.

The nuclear watchdog also says that in the past few months the agency has been unable to make any progress due to a lack of cooperation by Iran.

Mohamed Elbaradei, IAEA Chief, said, "I again urge Iran to implement all measures required to build confidence in the exclusively peaceful nature of its nuclear programme at the earliest possible date."

Meanwhile, the IAEA is urging Syria to be more "transparent" in allowing its experts to carry out verifications at the establishment bombed by Israel in 2007. Especially after inspectors discovered unnatural uranium particles in the site.

Israel and the US have accused the site of being a nuclear plant.

However, Damascus denies it is secretly developing any nuclear weapons. It says the structure is only a common military establishment.
