Dutch media suggest engine problems likely caused Turkish Flight TK-1951 to crash Monday at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport. Nine people died when the plane plunged short of the main runway. Meanwhile, a Turkish Pilots' Association blames turbulence from a large aircraft coming into land right before the doomed passenger jet.

The report says it seems certain that as the plane approached the runway its engines were no longer working.
