Chinese FM meets Clinton in Beijing

Foreign Minister, Yang Jiechi has just met US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton at the Diaoyutai State Guest House. The two sides pledged to upgrade bilateral ties.

Yang Jiechi said the Chinese government has attached great importance to the Sino-US relations.

He said the world's largest developing and developed countries should and can establish stable, healthy and growing bilateral relations.

Clinton said the US will deepen and broaden relationship with China.
