Consensus reached to resume living condition of quake zone people

Premier Wen Jiabao, who is also the commander of the earthquake relief headquarters, has presided over a meeting on the reconstruction plan for the Sichuan quake zone.

Several consensus were reached, firstly, to resume the basic living condition for the people and their public facilities. It was also decided that every family should have a permanent place to live and jobs within three years, and the economy should be restored to, or surpass, the same level it was before the quake.
