Major powers meet on Iran nuclear issue

Major powers from the US, Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany have met in Washington to discuss a strategy to tackle Iran's nuclear plans.

Last month the six countries agreed to a draft UN resolution to impose sanctions on Iran.

Apart from continuing sanctions and efforts to suspended Iran's uranium enrichment program, the draft resolution also includes freezing assets and mandatory travel bans for some Iranian officials.
