The chief of the UN nuclear watchdog, Mohamed ElBaradei has extended his spring festival wishes to the Chinese people.

He said the Year of the Rat symbolizes wisdom and success. He wished strong growth for the Chinese economy and hoped the nuclear watchdog can continue its cooperation with China.
