The top U.S. negotiator for talks on the DPRK nuclear program, Christopher Hill, will visit the DPRK between December 3 and 5.

The US State Department says Hill will meet with his DPRK counterpart Kim Kye-gwan in Pyongyang. He will perhaps also meet other officials.

Hill is scheduled to travel to Yongbyon to observe the disablement of the nuclear reactor there and meet with the U.S. experts who aim to finish the job by the end of the year.

On the same trip, Hill will also join negotiators from the DPRK, the ROK, the US, Japan, Russia and China in Beijing to assess Pyongyang's de-nuclearization process.
