The Standing Committee of China's National People's Congress continues to review a few draft laws - among them new rules on labor dispute mediation and arbitration.
Lawmakers say they like a version including free arbitration and an extended application deadline. They've also been weighing in on the existing mediation system.
The draft law was originally submitted to the previous meeting of the NPC Standing Committee for a first reading in August, amid an increasing number of labor disputes.
