China's top legislative body says it will hold its next session after the CPC National Congress.
The Standing Committee of the National People's Congress will deliberate on eight draft laws and amendments. They include legislation on urban and rural planning, energy saving and administrative enforcement.

The session will also hear reports from the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on promoting judicial fairness. And it will deliberate on reports from financial, environmental and agricultural committees.
