Time magazine: HKSAR more "vibrant and spectacular" than ever

US based Time magazine has published an article saying the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is more vibrant and spectacular than ever.
The Time's article also countered an article from its sister magazine, Fortune. In 1995 Fortune magazine predicted the death of Hong Kong.
The article says that Hong Kong's future is tied to the mainland. Hong Kong matters not only because it is a vital driving force of the global economy, but also because it is a unique experiment.
According to the Time article, Hong Kong is a pulsating organism made up of the most enterprising conglomeration of humanity the world has ever known and that will never change.
The article also says that Hong Kong understands that it's lucky to have become a part of China at a time when the mainland is becoming increasingly free and open.
It also points out that the mainland is in a position to give Hong Kong more opportunity that it could possibly have dreamed of.
