UN chief condemns Virginia Tech shooting

The United Nations has also reacted to the Virginia Tech killings. UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon has expressed his sorrow and condemned the act.

Ban Ki-Moon said, "On this very tragic accident, I feel very much sorry and troubled, and any such rampant killing of innocent citizens and children is totally not acceptable and I condemn it in the strongest terms possible."
