CPPCC member´s feedback to Jia Qinglin´s work report

Earlier CCTV's Mao Xuzhi spoke with CPPCC member Zhou Hanmin to find out more about the advisors' feedback to the Standing Committee's work report, as well as suggestions on how to further develop the role of the top advisory body.

Zhou Hanmin says, "It's the second day of the CPPCC session. And at the top of today's agenda... the work report delivered by the Chairman, Jia Qinglin. I've asked Mr. Zhou Hanmin to share his views with us during this important session. Mr. Zhou is from the Youth League sector. He's also the Vice Bureau Chief of the Shanghai 2010 World Expo.

Q1: Mr. Zhou, your group is discussing Chairman Jia Qinglin's work report. In your opinion, what stands out most in his report?

Q2: Each year, CPPCC members bring proposals covering a wide range of issues to the annual session. Can you tell us about your proposal?

Q3: The CPPCC is composed of 34 sectors. And you are from the Youth League sector. What role does the Youth League play in the top advisory body?

Q4: And finally, in what ways do you think the CPPCC could further strengthen its role and influence on opinion makers?
